Modify Portfolio page without creating a child theme or extensive CSS customization

I would like to modify the Portfolio page and add a section to it at the top that I can edit using the Pro editor. Perhaps I can create a Global Block and add it to the top of the Portfolio page. Is that possible to do without resorting to a child theme or complicated CSS modifications?

In essence, I want to be able to modify the portfolio page using the Pro editor and cannot figure out a way to do that. Please help.

Hi Misha,

Thank you for writing in, please utilize the Pro content editor for creating a standard page. And then utilize the Essential Grid extension for adding a portfolio grid on that page.
