Modern Tribe Events - Attendee Registration page gives error message

Hello! When clicking through to checkout, the attendee registration page for modern tribe events kicks back a 404 error. Here’s the ticketed post that we’re testing with: http://runningclub.richard-creative.com/wordpress/index.php/2019/08/01/2019-2020-running-club/

I’ve already tried setting up a separate page with the modern tribe shortcode for [tribe_attendee_registration] but that gives the same error message as well: Not Found
The requested URL /wordpress/attendee-registration-page/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any ideas?

I checked the website and can see that checkout page is showing 404 error message. Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
2. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thanks! I checked for a plugin conflict and increased php memory limit and the problem persists. Will add my login info so you can check further. Thanks so much!

Ok, we made some adjustments to our server settings and it’s working now. Thanks for the help!
