Modern Events Calendar - Paypal CreditCard testing issue

Hi there,

I know this is mainly a question for ME Calendar team, but they havn’t been very helpful yet. Thought maybe you had encountered this issue or had some insight.

I have setup ME Calendar with Paypal Credit Card as the payment gateway. I have created my sandbox account in paypal and added the facilitator api info into the ME calendar paypal cc area.

I setup my event, created the ticket etc and I do see the payment process on the event page.

When i try to use the sandbox buyer account to run a test payment, I keep getting an “payment is invalid” error.

In the paypal sandbox area, I have the cc number and the expiration date. No name for the card or CCV. I have tried everything and used a random three diget CVV but i keep getting this error.

I don’t have any other payment gateways etc on the site. All is up to date.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

In the meantime, make sure that you’re using the latest X/Pro and it’s compatible plugins by following our version information here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and then update accordingly if required (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).
