Modal Refresh While Open?

Hello! I’m working on creating a contact form (using gravity forms) within a modal; however, when you press the submit button it closes the modal, making it so you have to press the modal toggle again to see if there were any mistakes with the form submission.

Is there a way to make the content of the modal refresh with the modal open?

Here is a link to my page: https://wordpress-236510-785369.cloudwaysapps.com/
The modal is found in the “Schedule a Consultation” button.

Hi There @RinardMedia ,

Thanks for writing in! Could you please try enabling AJAX feature on your gravity form, so that the page will not refresh when clicking on the submit button. For more information, please check the following resource (https://docs.gravityforms.com/displaying-form-within-modalpopuplightbox/).

Please make sure to clear all caches when testing your issue (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

Hope that helps.

Hello!

Thank you for the quick reply. I have enabled ajax on the form, and it hasn’t changed anything.

When it comes to the pop-up maker, I would really rather use the modal feature on pro. I have used it before without any problems, I just can’t seem to see why this one isn’t working.

Thank you for your patience.

Hi @RinardMedia,

I see 8000 error just from the form itself, and the form is not integrated to the modal to initiate the refresh so it’s not currently possible. There is no way to tell if the form is successful or finish to trigger the refresh, and the modal has no feature that detects if the content has a form to do the refresh. It still possible but with custom development in which we can’t provide here in the forum.

And I recommend fixing those errors first, they are related to captcha.

Thanks!
