Modal content don't work on iPhone

Hi Modal Contents are not working on iPhone (work on Desktop and Android).
I checked with many PC and Smartphones and the problem is with all iOS devices only.
You can check on the site I am working on: https://airu.2rsites.com/
All buttons “Maggiori Informazioni” are supposed to open a Modal Content.

I already tried to deactivate all plugins but the issue is not solved.

Hey @RendallN,

This could be related to a known iOS issue where you need to double tap on the modal. Would you mind testing double tapping on the modal toggle?

Even in the menu, links to anchors (#) in the same page work, but links to other pages not!

That’s regretfully also a known issue which is related to the modal. Here’s a related thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/safari-ios-issue/40411/11

Would you mind saving your page as a template using the Template Manager. Then, load your template in a test page and try removing the Content Modal and check if the links will work.

We also would like to know iOS and Safari version of your phone. If you’re not sure, please visit https://supportally.com/ and copy the Operating System and Browser info. Please just note that WordPress only supports the last 2 versions of iOS and Safari. See https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/

Hi my iOS is 12.3.1 and Safari 12.1.1
Weirdly now it is working… maybe you did something by your side?
