Mobile menu not working on my site

Hello

I have two websites with X-theme.

Soundproofcentral.com
Emfadvice.com

Mobile menu on both are not working. I have disabled all third party plugins and tried but it still does not work.

Hi Meenakshi,

I checked the front end of the website and the necessary changes are applied while tapping the mobile menu, this shows that there is an external source that interferes and maybe an extra CSS.

  1. Change the theme from the child theme to parent theme
  2. Remove any kind of CSS code that you might have added to X > Theme Options > CSS or any customization.
  3. Disable all the 3rd plugins, especially the autoptimize as it does not allow us to check the source of the CSS code as it combines altogether.
