Mobile Menu Not Working/ Can't Update Theme

  1. My mobile menu is not working so I tried updating and I cant because I’m getting an error message.
  2. How do I get rid of the black triangle with the +sign in the upper right of the screen?

1.) You are also using an older version of the theme. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 6.1.6
  • Cornerstone 3.1.6

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-

How do I get rid of the black triangle with the +sign in the upper right of the screen?

  • Please go to X > Theme Options > Header > Widgetbar and select “None”.

I was able to remove the triangle, but I’m still not able to upgrade through Wordpress. I keep getting the same error message.

In addition to the error message above when i try to install the X upgrade, when I try to update the Cornerstone plugin, I get this error: “An error occurred while updating Cornerstone: Could not copy file. cornerstone/assets/dist/fonts/fa-brands-400.svg”
