I’m having an issue with a site’s mobile menu - clicking on the menu button doesn’t open the mobile menu at all. If someone could help me with this, i’d appreciate it! Credentials below.

It looks like you haven’t updated the theme as I see version 5.2.5 installed on the website. Please see screenshot in shared in secure note.
Please update theme as you are running latest version of Cornerstone which is not compatible with X version 5.2.5. You can take a look at the theme update guide for more information:
