Mobile menu is not active. Cannot validate my purchased theme either

Hello, I enter my purchase code from Envato ThemeForest as requested and it leads me to a blank page:

Also while testing on mobile, it is not allowing the mobile menu to work at all.

You may check out this knowledge base article for validation troubleshooting:

It would be best if you can update both X theme and Cornerstone first. Here’s the guide on how to update. If you can setup a staging, that would be better. You can test the update on staging first, so your live site will not be affected. Currently, I am seeing JS error. Let’s check after the update.
