Mobile Menu Dropdwon opens by clicking on menu name

Hello,

I would like my dropdown menu to open when you click on the text instead of the arrow icon (on mobile). I have tried this code of a former post:

.menu-item-has-children a:hover {
cursor: pointer;
}

I added it to the custom JS panel and also to the custom css, but it did not work. Please can you help me.
