Mobile menu

The mobile menu doesn’t work at all on chrome, safari, puffin, It works properly from the computer. We have updated Cornerstone, but still doesn’t work. What can we do? Thanks.

Suddenly, the web page doesn’t work either. It shows a 500 error. I’m trying to reupdate the x template.

Now I fixed the 500 error, but this is how the web looks now…

I am having the same issue. Mobile menu not working, but on computer is fine. Cornerstone and theme are updated to current version.

I see that you have few licenses, so I’m not sure which URL that you’re referring to. If you’re using the latest version of X theme and Cornerstone (https://theme.co/changelog/), also make sure that you’re using the latest version of WordPress core as well (https://wordpress.org/download/). You can refer to WordPress update guide here (https://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress).

If you’r still having issues, please try the following.

  1. If you’re using a child theme, try switching to your parent X theme and see if there’s any conflicts with your child theme.
  2. Try disabling your 3rd party plugins and see if you’re experiencing any plugin conflict.
  3. If you have added any custom JavaScript code into your X -> Theme Options -> JS area, try removing them temporarily and test your issue again.

If you’re still having this issue, open up a new thread and post your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.
