You are using the version 6.0.4 of the X theme which is an old version, but your Cornerstone plugin version is 3.1.6 which is the latest version. Those 2 versions are not compatible with each other.
Please backup your website completely and update the theme to version 6.1.6. Please read the article below for more information:
