Mobile Menu & Back to Top Anchor not working!

I thought it was the Cornerstone 3 update but the problem persists after reverting to 2.1.7.

Url: platefit.co (or dev.platefit.co for uncached page). I deactivated third party plugins on dev site but no luck!

I checked both site and the mobile menu is working, it’s expanding and collapsing okay. How about updating your dev site and we’ll check?
