Hey there!

Having trouble with my website looking correct on mobile devices. When using Cornerstone, if I set my dimensions to a tablet or phone display, what I see is different than what actually happens when I pull up my website from my phone. I’m not sure where to even begin to fix this. For reference, the website is myazaleacity.com

Thanks for asking.

I checked the website on mobile device and things seems to working and showing up fine. However, as it’s mentioned in the ticket that preview panel (responsive) is different than comparing the website when viewed on a phone. That’s quite odd, please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
2. There might be a case that you might have set the rule to display elements only on mobile devices. Please check the settings under Customize > Setup > Hide During Breakpoints. To learn more about Hide During Breakpoints, please take a look at following article.
