Missing entire header

Hello there,

My client has somehow managed to remove the entire header from the site: https://careers.oxfordhealth.nhs.uk/

Do you have any idea how they might have done this and how it can be restored. It isn’t even in the markup…

Regards,

Spencer

Hello Spencer,

Thanks for writing in!

There are only two ways not to display the header of your site when using the X theme.
1.) By utilizing the Blank - No Container | No Header, Footer or Blank - Container | No Header, Footer page template. For more details about the different page templates in the theme, please check this out:

2.) You can also remove the header by overriding the template in your child theme. This requires custom development which might be the case in your site at the moment. I am not sure what code he use. Definitely, it can be found in your child theme. If you can provide us login details, we may be able to point it out.

Hope this helps.

Hi @RueNel,

Yes, I had already checked your first suggestion, but it’s set to No Container | Header, Footer, which is correct.

The header file has not been edited for the child theme either, hence I’m slightly baffled.

Can I post login details here?

Cheers,

Spencer
