Migration using WP MigrateDB overwrites existing content

I followed the instructions for migrating cornerstone in https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-content-builder-migration/126 but it overwrites the target tables in the database.

Is there a way to merge Pro (in my case) themes and related tables with an existing site instead of overwriting?

The article doesn’t mentioned about table merge. Its only about migrating a site.
Please check this plugin for table merge. https://wordpress.org/plugins/mergebot/#description

Or you can migrate the table manually with help of a developers.

Looks like a manual merge is on the cards.

Can Mergebot merge two out of sync databases?

Unfortunately not. Mergebot is a tool in your development workflow and needs be installed and activated before you make changes to your development site. Your development site needs to be an exact copy of production before you start.
