I´d like to migrate my website from one host and url to a totally different host and url. I am using a demo content and cornerstone on a x-license. Is there any manual how to do this best?

In my own experience, I simply install All-in-One WP Migration plugin to do the work for me. This is way easier and hustle free. There are several plugins out there that could help you do the migration too.
