Menu page in admin does NOT show up

Hi,

I use WP 4,9.8 and X 6.3.8.

Today I added a new page and wanted to go to the menu page in admin. But there I get an EMPTY page. In Customizer I can edit the menu.

Could someone please help me with this.

If you are getting blank page under Appearance > Menus then please try out following solutions:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
  4. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

I have X 6.3.8 and in the compatibility list is 6.3.6.
Cornerstone 3.3.8 vs 3.3.6
Contact Form 7 5.0.5 vs 5.0.4

Can those be the problem because I have newer versions installed?

Now I deactivated W3 Total Cache. After this I could ACCESS the admin menus. I activated it again and I could access the admin menus again.
