Thanks for writing in! Upon testing your site, I see that you’re using an older version of X theme (4.6.2) with the latest version of Cornerstone plugin (3.3.8) which creates incompatibility issues. The latest version of X theme is (v6.3.8) as you can see here (https://theme.co/changelog/). Since you’re using an older version, automatic updates may not work, so you need to update your X theme manually by following our guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

Also check our latest X compatible version information here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and update any outdated plugins as well.

After updating, make sure to purge server cache and also clear browser cache before testing.
