where is the setting for menu icon’s in the header. Right now i have little hands next to every menu item.

On your admin dashboard navigate to Appearance > Menus, collapse your menu items and you should able to see the Primary icon and secondary icon option .

@friech okm in this way is possible to setup an icon for a menu item, but how can i delete totally an icon? i just want only text

there is an option in the header builder. I’m a beginner with this theme and the tons of customization are impressive. Sorry for the question.
