Mediathek dont' work

Yesterday I noticed my mediathek is n’t working any longer.
That means I cant see my medias and it’s also impossible to do uploads;
I tried the browser upload as well as the wordpress Uploader.
The same if I try it via X - using Cornerstone.

I try the upload - but get no response, cant see any medias.

Hey,

Please, could you explain your question better with more details?

I use Theme X since the beginning.
Now since the last X-Update opening dashboard - clicking on Mediathek - Media Overview the system won’t load and does not show my medias (photos).

Then I try Upload a new jpg-file - name: cam41.jpg 197 KB - pls. see the screen massage enclosed, wont work.
Then I try Browsser Upload the same or another file - pls. see the screen massage enclosed - wont work.

That means - I cant do any change in the medias - no cancelling, no update, etc…

But the website www.immoshopboerse.at is fully okay - also the files (checking via filezilla).

There are errors caused by third party plugins and your SSL setup is also incorrect. Some resources are loaded from http.

Please check for the following:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

  6. Make sure your WordPress and Site URL uses https.

Thanks.

Thank you - it seems the plugin MockingFish Integration (Heatmap analysis) is causing this problem.
Deactivating it solves it - so I’ve to ask the authors.

Thank you and have a nice day!
