Dear Friends,

i do have 2 problems with X Theme. I created a new site, worked well, but now:

  1. cannot upload media files (“fault during writing file on the disk” translated from Hungarian)
  2. in Classic Feature Block the little icons cannot be seen.

Would you be so kind to help?

Can you confirm your both X theme & Cornerstone plugin are up-to-date?

If the problem presets, please send us your website details to look on to it.

Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Hello, thanks for your support I could manage all the stuff. Actually I did not have enough space in my account to upload new files (but this info did not appear, i had to check it in cpanel). I could not even update plugins.

And yes, my x theme was not the latest version.
