MEC Calendar Removing featured image of first event on GRID view

Hi there,

I wrote into WEBNUS for support (like I have many times) but this last ticket that I put in yesterday, they just replied “Thank you for using our plugin. However, before we provide you with support services, you need to purchase Modern Event Calendar Pro. Please send us your license, after you purchase MEC Pro.”

Here is my issue: I noticed that the first event that show up on our grid calendar loses it’s featured image. I verified by removing the first event shown (Ladies Night June 3rd) and then the Good-Bye Party becomes the first event and it then lost its image: https://prnt.sc/nryrlf.

Any ideas? I have MEC Calendar version 4.2.2. I know there was just another update to 4.2.3 that just was released, so hoping that is had to do with a bug there?

Thanks for writing in! Upon testing your site, I can confirm the issue on my end as well. Since you’re using Autoptimize plugin, could you please try clearing it’s cache, then disable it temporarily and re-test your issue again.

If you’re still having issues, then you need to disable other 3rd party plugins as well to see if you’re getting a plugin conflict. If the issue resolved, then you can activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin causing this issue.

Further, please disable your child theme as well and re-test your issue to see if your child theme customizations are causing this issue.

In case if you cannot isolate this issue, please provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.
