Hello @tkcostello,
Thanks for writing in!
I checked the website and can see that you are using X Theme 6.4.5 and Cornerstone 3.5.4 and both are incompatible. Please update X Theme to latest version which as of today is 6.5.5.
Please refer following resources to update X Theme:
Thanks.
After updating to correct version, still not working: https://prnt.sc/nlql0r https://prnt.sc/nlql6a

Hello @tkcostello,
Thanks for updating the thread.
Can you please share website login details in secure note for us to take a closer look?
Thanks.
Hey @tkcostello,
The only solution is to remove the h5 tags.
I tried to replicate your setup in my test site to see if this is a bug but I couldn’t replicate it. This means that this must be unique to your site and neither an issue with MEC nor any of our products you’re using. A third-party plugin or a custom function could be causing it.
Please first try testing for a plugin conflict before opening a thread. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.
Thanks for checking into this!
You’re welcome.
