Max-width issues in new cornerstone

Hi there,

When I tried to set the max-width style option in the new cornerstone for a text column, the text is automatically aligned to the left with no reason.

I could not be able to replicate it in my setup. Please share us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

Don’t forget to set it in a secure note.

Hello @javduke,

Thanks for writing in! Since the Text Element is within a block-level element, when placing a max-width on it, it will orient to the side of the page by default like this. You can move it to the middle of the column by setting the margin-left and margin-right values to auto on your element, like so:

You can use this technique on most elements like this. Hopefully this helps to point you in the right direction, cheers!
