Major issue with text edit in PRO

I tried deactivating plugin, themes and re-installing PRO - the old version 2.3.6 works fine and new version 2.4.7 when I edit a text or classic text or headline, anything with a text edit the space is blank. Let me know who else is experiencing this issue. My server is at GoDaddy and using WP Builder…hope we get this resolved…I won’t be updating to 2.4.7 on my other developments…cheers! C4Wise

Sorry to hear the issues you are facing with Pro Theme 2.4.7. Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  2. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

I did all that - if 2.3.6 works fine…2.4.7 should as well - it is something to do with the new release. So, I’m going to see how many others are having the same issue…if I get no threads - then I’ll give you access and we can go from there…I have 2.3.6 working nicely - no rush…more interested in seeing if others are having this issue.
