Main sidebar filters show up in some searches but not others

Hi,

When I use the search function on my site certain search results pages show all of the filter widgets but with other search results pages only show the search bar and no other widgets. Can you help me standardize this? I would like the filters on all search pages so that my users can utilize the filters.

Here are some examples:

If I search for “Kansas” https://drivingplatesandbackings.com/?s=kansas&post_type=product I see the entire widget area with all filter widgets.

If I search for “Urban” https://drivingplatesandbackings.com/?s=Urban&post_type=product all of the filter widgets disappear.

It might happen is there’s no variable set to the products. Checking it though, I can see it there.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict first. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Also, please make sure that you are using compatible version of the plugin.

If the issue persists, we might need to check your setup and compare the settings of some products available on the result page.
