MailPoet Update problems

Dear Support

I know that ALL MailPoet updates are received by your support service a few days later.

As you know MailPoet has TWO Plugins:

  1. MailPoet 3 Free (New)
  2. MailPoet 3 Premium (New)

In this moment LATEST MailPoet releases are:

  1. MailPoet 3 Free (New) 3.32.1
  2. MailPoet 3 Premium (New) 3.0.59

Latest PRO Support approved relase is:

  • MailPoet 3 Premium (New) 3.0.58
    that require MailPoet Free 3.31

So NOW I have:
MailPoet 3 Premium (New) 3.0.58 LOCKED
because require at least MailPoet Free 3.31 that is NO MORE available for automatic update
(because replaced by Free 3.32.1 that require MailPoet 3 Premium (New) 3.0.59 not approved by PRO Support yet)

this happens almost every time MailPoet releases an update, because PRO Support is always 1 version back

Yes, this is normal as we have to do a complete compatibility testing for the newest version released by the MailPoet vendor with X and Pro to ensure that there will be no issues with the theme and the latest version of the bundled plugins.

So kindly refer to this KB article for the supported versions of the plugin:

Once we release an update, you should be able to find it in our changelog:
