Hi,

I checked on TF and this hasn’t been added yet. Please note that when pushing update to TF, it will require a some time to go through TF update process and approval.

As my colleagues have stated you can install the plugin via X/Pro > Validation > Extensions.
If you need the file, you can get it in wp-content/plugins/mailpoet

Hi Daniele

I have checked this again with MailPoet V3. The latest X/Pro theme compatible MailPoet 3 premium version is v3.0.45 as you can see here on our version information guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).

Then, since you’re using V3 now, you need to select the correct version and create your API key.

When validating the sending service key, I still see the first error.

But you should be able to activate your MailPoet sending service under Sending With tab.

If you want to start over, you can head over to the Advanced tab and then click on the “Reinstall now” button. Please note that, this step will erase all of your existing data.

Let us know how it goes.

The problem is that:
when Mailpoet release a NEW auto-update for the FREE version, the PREMIUM features no longer works until the PREMIUM version is updated to the latest release…
but PREMIUM latest release cannot be installed until your approval.

Maybe at this point it would be better to block the installation (until your approval) of both the free and the premium versions

What do you think about?

Good point! I have already have this noted. For now, it would be best to update the free version after updating the premium version so that you will be certain that the updates will be compatible.

Hello Daniele,

You will need to to go the plugins section, deactivate MailPoet and remove it completely.

Please visit this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailpoet/advanced/

Download the previous version like 3.2.1 and then install it into your site.
