Mailchimp Email Form Lists Not Appearing

The MailChimp email lists are not populating in my Email Forms. I have a valid API key and yet none of the lists are populating. I can’t seem to find the error. Help?

I have figured out the issue with the URL. Even though it doesn’t have an SSL, it still needs you to use the https to direct. (Hosted by an external resource that I find frustrating.)

I tried the recreation of the list but the error still occurred.

I was able to login into your site with https:// however, I see that you’re not fully updated including X theme, Cornerstone plugin and other plugins. Please check our version information here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and update your theme and plugins accordingly (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62) and then re-test your issue again.

Since you have plugins like WP Rocket and Wordfence Security, you can keep then disabled while you’re testing your issue.

I was able to update the plugins as well as disable WP Rocket and Wordfence while we debug the issue. The issue is still occurring.

Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? I also tried the API key from my Mailchimp account and it’s not working. Perhaps, something is blocking the request and I like to check it through FTP.

Our host forces us to use a VPN to get into the FTP. Are you comfortable with that process?

I did try to connect on the live site. Our issue couldn’t get resolved so we took it to staging.

I’ll work on the VPN for you today.
