We have updated theme and cornerstone to the latest version, however after this in all our pages ( only in backend) lots of classic columns are added! as shown in the below image! please advise!

Thanks for writing in! Most probably you’re not using the latest version of X theme and Cornerstone plugin, so you may experience incompatibility issues.
The latest version of X theme is v6.3.8 and Cornerstone v3.3.8 as you can see here (https://theme.co/changelog/). If you’re using an older versions, please update accordingly by following our guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).
After updating, if you’re using a caching plugin, you need to purge server cache and also clear your browser cache before testing.
If you’re already updated, you need disable your 3rd party plugins except Cornerstone plugin and re-test this issue further. If you’re using a child theme, switch to your parent theme and test your issues to see if you’re getting any conflicts with your child theme customizations.
