Link to open & scroll to a tab on another page

Seems something has changed in recent updates of Cornerstone and linking to open a tab on another page is no longer working for me.

There are many out-dated solutions in the old forum that don’t seem to work. Can you please add the latest solution here please? Previous code that worked is here: https://pastebin.com/WTpRqRL3

Exact same issue. Same previous code no longer working.
(now using Pro)
