License Code Says It's Already Registered

Hi Theme Co,

I have two licenses for the X Theme, but only one shows in my Account > Licenses. When I try to register the second license, I get an error that says that the license has already been registered.

How can I add another license or determine how/where the other license was used?

Hi Amanda,

Thank you for writing in, I see 2 licenses on your account (see my private note). If you only see one license on your end, please clear your browser’s cache.

Please confirm if this has been resolved.

I actually have three licenses now. I actually figured out that I mistakenly created two theme.co accounts and have them split between the two.

Is there a way to remove a license from my account so I can consolidate?

That is possible. Kindly get back to us with the account name and the purchase key which you want to remove from that account and give us the destination account on a secure note to follow up.
