Licence validation not possible due to already used on another site

Hi

I have purchased three licences, two of them I can validate as expected, but one doesn’t work. I always get the message “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”

Is there a possibility in the “Manage Licences”-Screen to see at what domain the code is validated? Or is there even a possibility to revoke a licence from the “Manage Licences”-Screen?

Thanks for writing in! Are you experiencing this issue with the recently purchased license or for one of the other licenses ?

One most common issue would be that you’re using an outdated version of X theme or Cornerstone, so that our validation process will not initiate correctly. You can check the version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and update X theme or Cornerstone by downloading the latest version from your Envato account.

If that doesn’t help, please provide us with the following information in a secure note to check your issue.

  • Your site URL
  • WordPress credentials
  • Purchase code

Hi There,

thanks for the details!

Upon checking your site, you are using SSL the url is https:// but in the license page you have added without https://
now I have update the URL and your site got validated.
