You could do that, but would you mind providing more details of that design? I can’t find that specific design from your site. If it just contains static images and content, yes, you could do that with WPBakery with just proper columns and spacing. But, if it’s dynamic like posts and portfolio, then I recommend other bundled plugins like Essential Grid and The Grid.
