Latest Theme Update degrades M.E. Calendar to Light Version

Dear support team,

after the latest Theme update the M.E. Calendar seems to be degraded to the light version. Features that worked in the former theme release within M.E.C. do not work any more - like booking functionality.

Could you please let me know the background for this and what to do as we require the functionality?

There is no such degradation in any add-on, there might be some issue you are facing.
Can you please see these option for a possible fix.

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn’t help Please send us your login details in a secure note to check what could be the issue.
