I just created a new page. When I edit it, I can see what I’m adding to the page, but when I publish it and save the page, the live page is blank. Nothing shows up. Here is the URL - http://www.wdw-magazine.com/portfolio-item/a-disney-lover/.

Thanks for asking. 
There might be somes compatibility issues as you are running old version of X 5.1. That’s why issues are arising pertaining to contents not showing up. I suggest you please update X to the latest version as it contains bunch of brand new features and bugs fixes that can be reviewed in the changelog. I am sharing changelog and update guide that you can refer:
