Item Purchase Code

Hi,

I was just wondering how long I needed to wait until an Item purchase code to become valid. I’ve entered the code and I m told that it is not registered.

I’m really frustrated by this. If I have a new license then surely the code should work?

Hi, in my account here, this is the only license: Manage your licenses.
Purchase License

ThemeForest ( Purchased: Sep 25, 2015 )

I purchased another license on 9th May (paypal invoice ID: d06e6************************) and this is the problem. For some reason it has not been recognised.

I have the text file details:
Item ID:
5871901

Item Purchase Code:
ff46f305************************

Please help. Why is this not recognised? This, I think, is the problem.

I’m not sure why you’ve had a problem, but I was able to add the register the license in your account without issue. So you’re good to go!
