Issues when updating site

Hello team,

I have migrated the site domain name cloudesystems.com to cloudesystems.com.au using a migration tool from siteground.
Migration was successfull however now when i try to updat the website I am getting fatal erros.
I believe this might have something to do with the verson of cornerstone.

Error message below.

Fatal error: Cannot declare class TCO_Coalescence, because the name is already in use in /home/cloudesy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/vendor/coalescence/class-coalescence.php on line 6
The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

Hi Joel,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked you site and i see couple of errors in browser’s console and you’ve cache plugin enabled which could be causing the issue. Please check for the following first:

2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services. Also check for the server side caching, you need to purge that as well.

3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

4. Remove custom CSS, JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).
