I upgraded my website from X theme to Pro by paying the upgrade cost and received a license number. When I try to register the new Pro license number I keep getting an error message stating that it is not a valid license number even though I have copied and pasted the license number on my license management page. I assume the upgraded license has to be registered before the upgrade will work as I have tired uploading the Pro zip only to get a message that states I cannot upgrade to Pro.

Have you gone through our X to Pro Conversion guide? If you’re using the Pro theme in your site, you should use the Themeco license.
If that is already the case, please also give us WordPress admin access to your site in a Secure Note so we could see the issue first hand.
