My developers and Godaddy are suggesting this issue is due to the theme for whatever reason, hoping you can help as we’ve all exhausted our energy on fixing this…
the page https://fischerins.com/billing-payments/ looks fine on all browsers that we can tell, but the client is saying that page is still not looking normal on their internet explorer 11… here is a screenshot of what they see on several computers in their office… can you please advise? thank you!
from client “We are cloud based and I also tried accessing the site outside of the cloud and got the same result. I then went to a computer which has newer, larger monitors and had the same result. However, when I go outside of our cloud environment and add fischerins.com to compatibility view the billing & payments page works…but, none of the other pages are normal on the website so that wasn’t a cure. I tried this in our cloud environment as well and there was no change to anything.”
