Installed License not Activated

We are having an issue with one of our licenses.

The site was validated, license validated, and now when we go to add a plug-in we get a message that our license is not validated.

However, when we click on Manage Licenses, we cannot get into our account with the credentials we have used in the past.

Is there a way to recover this? We have the sign-up email messages validating in Apex as well.

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your site URL assigned to this Themeco account, I see that you have updated your Cornerstone plugin to the latest version recently, but you haven’t updated your X theme which creates incompatibility issues. You need update your X theme as well and that should resolve this issue.
