Installation error [FIXED]

Hi guys

I’m trying to install the X theme onto my wordpress site (running 4.9.1) but every time I try and install the theme i just get the error of “the uploaded file was only partially uploaded.” That’s it. Any help?

EDIT: Problem has been fixed but no option to delete the post

Thank you for getting back to us. Kindly make sure that you have enough PHP memory limit to run the theme. For more information:

If you still have the problem after increasing the PHP memory limit both in WordPress and the server kindly gets back to us with the detailed description of the problem you are facing with the screenshot of the steps you took to hit the error to follow up.
