Inserting large icon + headline + text in section row column

I am looking to insert a large icon + headline + text in section row column.
I’d like the icon to be on the left of the headline+text block.

The idea is to have a 2 columns each column containing a large icon + headline + text next to the icon.
Something like this https://www.cixsoft.com/ (check under “How customers use BUSHIDO”).

I don’t seem to be able to do this nicely without wasting lots of space.
If I create a 4 column row and insert the icon in the leftmost column, the text is squeezed and the entire doesn’t behave like an assembly.

I’ve been coding HTML/web since 1993, but I am a bit at a loss on how to do this elegantly inside the X theme.
