Inline Search vs Search Modal

Greetings Support,

I am unable to figure out how to convert the Header Search (NAVBAR SEARCH = ON in Options) to “inline” vs “modal”. I do not see anywhere were I can easily do this via a configuration. I’m using X Theme 6.4.6. Are you able to nudge me in the right direction?

Hi Chad,

Thanks for writing in! For X theme, you will only have option to enable search modal under X -> Theme Options -> Header area.

Inline search elements is available on Cornerstone builder to use within your content pages.

If you want to use inline search elements within header and footer areas, you will require a Pro theme. More information can be seen from the following link (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/elements-search-inline/10235).

Hmm! Maybe I can add inline search somewhere else near the header to get the effect I want since I am unable to do so in the header itself. Thanks for assisting!
