Importing templates seems to have stopped working?

Before I could go into my template manager and import a new file, then head over to the content builder and import from there, but for some reason this isn’t working. Either from cloud designs or file import. Am I missing something obvious?

I checked your site and the template manager is working fine even the design cloud.
I have imported one template from the design cloud.

And created one sample page, where I have imported the template.

Not sure if you are facing issue with any specific template or feature.
