I am designing some sites with Cornerstone. I would like to pick some blocks off specivic demo content.
So my question is can I import blocks from various demo content?

Yes, you can do that.
Install one demo.
Go to the specific page, delete the parts of the page you dont want in the block. Save the block. You can save to library or download it.
Repeat the process with other pages and demos.

Thanks for the reply but the problem is when I install the demo it would overwrite my actual live content.
Is there a way to bypass that?

Hi There,
You need to install X in a different installation and download the Cornerstone Blocks and Upload to your installation.
Your license allows you to validate X in two different installations, one for production and another for development.
