Hey guys, anyone seen this error before?
Brand new wordpress installation with latest X theme (not pro).
All plugins disabled except cornerstone and STILL can’t get starter pack to load in, please see image below.
Any assistance gratefully appreciated thanks

Thanks for asking and I am really sorry that it took so long to respond to this ticket. Quite surprising that it’s still unanswered. I am have a word regarding this with our developers.
Importing the starter pack templates, should not give you that error message. Can you try importing again from X/Pro > Templates > Import Starter pack and see how it goes. Also please make sure that you are using supported version of PHP 5.6 (minimum) and Mysql. You can take a look at following article to for more information. https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
