Images not working correctly

I have tried both the Classic Image and Image elements in my row/columns but it results in either one of 2 errors:

1. The image loads, but in a tiny proportion and cannot scale larger to the uploaded size of the file
2. Just a gray dot shows in the Image Element placeholder

In both of these cases, in the settings for the element, the source shows the selected image and the correct dimensions.

It seems that your site is under construction mode. We cannot check it at the moment. Meanwhile, are you using Jetpack plugin? If you do, you may be having this issue because of the Site Accelerator feature that were enabled in Jetpack plugin. The Site Accelerator will cached all your images and sometimes it has some problems loading the images. One of the limitations of photons:

No cache invalidations – currently the images are cached “forever”.
If you want to “refresh” an image you will need to change the name of the image.
Adding random query arguments, commonly known as cachebusters, will not work.

For the time being, please disable Site Accelerator module and test your site again. You will find that the full images will be displayed without a hitch.

And please do a test for a plugin conflict as well. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
