Hi There,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Also, do you have any template modifications on your child theme? If yes, please try turning on your X theme not child theme.

Let us know how it goes!

Does not fix it when under x theme. Also no change when

Hi again,

Latest Supported Version of WooCommerce is: 3.1.1 (see https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195 ) but you’re using Version 3.1.2, this may cause conflicts. Can you please try downgrading your WooCommerce plugin and see if this resolves the issue. To find out older versions of WooCommerce please visit https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/releases also https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-downgrade-to-previous-woocommerce-version/

Hope this helps!

No that didn’t fix it.

Hi there,

Would you mind providing the FTP details of your site as well so that we can check this further?

I have the same issue. Any updates? Thanks!

Hi @dnovelline,

Thanks for writing around!

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

Thanks.

Hey @dnovelline,

I checked your page and I see you’re using an old version of X and Cornerstone, please make sure to update everything to avoid potential conflicts. You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

@s_mocko I have been running into the same issue across several site. I just found out the culprit on mine. I have been using JetPack plugin. The Suggested Features includes Image Performance which apparently doesn’t like images across many themes. I turned it off, and problem gone! Hope this help.
